Madeline Rigby

Madeline is a warm and compassionate Psychologist with a genuine interest in building trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients. Madeline has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, however also enjoys supporting adults and families.
Madeline has experience supporting clients with a range of presenting concerns including; anxiety-related challenges, low mood/depression, AD/HD, gender dysphoria, AOD-related challenges, self-identify exploration, family breakdown/attachment concerns, learning disabilities and social skills development. Madeline has worked with clients individually and in group-based settings, facilitating DBT-A and parenting skills groups.
Madeline is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and is committed to making all whom she works with feel safe and understood.

Madeline completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wollongong, graduating with a Master's degree in Professional Psychology (with Distinction). Madeline also completed a Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology Practice (with Distinction), as part of her elected sixth year of study at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.

Therapeutic approaches: Madeline believes in an individualised and person-centred approach - encouraging feedback throughout all stages of therapy. Madeline works across multiple therapeutic lenses including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Anna Smith

Anna is a non-judgmental and genuine psychologist who is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to build on their own abilities to embrace life and provide support in addressing their unique challenges and circumstances.
Anna has experience supporting both children, adolescents, adults and family systems in community and school settings. Anna works with clients individually and in group-based settings, holding a strong interest in developing a warm therapeutic environment for clients to feel safe, understood and grow.
Anna has knowledge and experience working with a variety of presentations including; anxiety, low mood/depression, interpersonal difficulties, emotion dysregulation and life transitions.

Lize Booy
PSYCHOLOGIST (AHPRA Registration: PSY0001958188)
Lize completed her studies in 2015 and is currently completing the Educational and Developmental Psychology registrar program. She has experience in working with children, adolescents, and families. Lize is passionate about neuroaffirmative and inclusive care.
Lize has experience in conducting cognitive, ADHD and learning assessments and aims to write reports which not only provide relevant guidance and next steps following assessment, but which also make individuals feel valued and understood.
