B) Comprehensive ADHD assessment evaluating cognitive abilities, executive functioning, attention/hyperactivity symptoms and social-emotional-behavioural evaluation- $1,350.00

• An initial interview to gather background information

• Administration of assessments:

  • WISC-V for children 6 years+ or WAIS-IV for adults

  • Conners 4 for children or CAARS for adults

  • BRIEF-2 or BRIEF-A for adults

  • BASC-3 for children or PAI for adults

• Provision of report and feedback session
   

C) Comprehensive cognitive, educational and ADHD assessment to concurrently evaluate for possibility of learning disorder- $1,980.00

• An initial interview to gather background information

• Administration of assessments:

  • WISC-V for children 6 years + or WAIS-IV for adults

  • WIAT-III

  • Conners 4 for children or CAARS for adults

  • BRIEF-2 or BRIEF-A for adults

  • BASC-3 for children or PAI for adults

• Provision of report and feedback session

Please note that while our psychologists can conduct comprehensive assessments and provide diagnostic clarity for ADHD, we do not prescribe medication. If you are seeking medication as part of your diagnosis or treatment plan, a referral to a psychiatrist (for adults) or paediatrician (for children and adolescents) will be necessary.
